Get a new Laptop since my old one's Graphics Card and/or BIOS went haywire.

Since I'm tired with Vista, and dealing with it on my desktop is bad enough, the first thing I did was install Ubuntu Linux 7.0.4 (I didn't even boot Vista once). First time I've used Linux.
Of course this now means gotta get used to some open source software like Blender and GIMP. Hopefully I'll be able to get some 3D stuff outta blender soon.

I love the Phoenix guard, i was wondering could you do a design of it?? I was looking for a design to use as a basis for a sword i am making would you ming me using it? and could you do a sketch or a desaign of it showing the guard and its features?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by making a design of it. The phoenix guard was made with a simple bump map. If you want I could give you the texture, if that's what you're looking for (it's not very good tough T_T)
